How to book?

You can book easily online. It's easy, secure and fast.



May I get quotations by mail?

We do not send quotations by mail. Our full offer is up to date on our website and you can generate a quote and get it by email.



May I get a brochure by mail?

We do not send brochures by mail. Our full offer is up to date on our website, which is more accurate and convenient!



May I find the options like ski rentals back after my booking?

On you customer area, you will be able to add our options (except for cancellation insurance) until D-15. This way, you can first book the accommodation and consider booking the options later.



Can we make a tentative booking?

You cannot make a tentative booking but you can cancel your booking with no charge until D-45!



Does my baby count as a full person?

It depends on the supplier. Do not hesitate to contact us so we can have a look together.



When do i get my travel documents?

The Travel documents are sent by email around 20 days before your arrival. For last minutes bookings, you will get the information per email within 24hours.



Why do you need my contact information?

We need your email so we can send you a booking confirmation but also our different deals. We give your phone number to the local partner so he can contact your for any emergency. Your mail address is used for the bill. Finaly, your bank details will be asked on the bank website: we will not know or register them.



May I change my booking?

You can change your booking the same way as cancellation: free of charge until D-45 and then with charge.



May I find again my accommodation details after my booking?

You can have every information and photos of the accommodation on your customer area on the website.



Are the customers reviews on products description reliable?

We collecte ourselves the reviews of our customers. They are certified.



May I subscribe to cancellation insurance after my booking?

Unfortunately you can not. The insurer needs the suscription to be done while booking.

 

Payment and invoice

How can i pay the deposit? (stay in more than 36 days)

The deposit must be paid immediately with credit card.



How can i pay the balance? (stay in more than 36 days)

You have many options for that. From your customer area you can easily choose the amount you want to pay. This way, you can easily pay with different credit cards (perfect for groups) or stagger your payment.
The only condition is to have paid the balance before D-30.



Can i use several credit card?

You can use distinct credit cards to pay the deposite and the balance. Moreover, you can divid the balance and use as many credit card you want (perfect for friend trip!)



Will the balance be automaticly debited?

No, we do not store your bank details, you will have to pay onto your customer area.



How do we pay for a less than 30 days before arrival booking?

You will need to pay directly the balance with credit card online.



When do I get the receipt?

The receipt is edited at the same time as the Travel documents, around D-20. You will get it by email. You can also download it in your customer area.

 

The arrival and the stay

I iforgot my Travel Kit/ My travel documents!

No stress, you can download every important papers with your smartphone in your customer area.



May I get my accommodation before the time given?

Unfortunately this is not possible as it depends of the hours when the previous tenants gave back the accommodation and its conditions.



May I arrive at my accommodation later or the day after?

Please contact us, we will check with the provider if a late arrival process can be done.



May I leave earlier?

Yes you can, you only have to let the local supplier knows when you get the keys.



What should I do if I have any problem during my stay?

During your stay you can refer to the local professional for any inconvenience. Do not hesitate to call him.
